My three girls. Aren’t they gorgeous in their happy coloured beanies? I’m always on the lookout for handmade, pretty, unique, funky and sweet things for them. A friend made these and I adore them!
She makes headbands too.
It’s great to support friends who make handmade stuff, or have a look at ETSY or Made It.
Kelly loves life at both ends of the spectrum: wearing high heel shoes one day and hiking boots the next; sipping tea out of a pretty cup and slurping hot coffee from a camping mug; challenging herself physically and stopping for quiet unhurried moments to feel the wind on her face. Kelly and her husband Matthew seek to live a fun and adventurous life with their four children and pet bird.
thank you for the giveaway and information, exactly what I have been looking for. I was going to say one of our little girls names but I asked miss 4 what she would name the headband and her answer was ‘DIAMOND, mummy I love diamonds and you can wear diamonds in your hair like a princess’!!
I have a Sophie, so I’m totally biased in saying that the collection needs a Sophie 😉 (especially since my other girl, Hannah, is already in the collection)
Cara – it means joy, or delight in Greek. I think it suits the headband because the contrast in the colours is fun, funky and joyful. And it’s the name of our eldest, who truly is a joy and a delight.
I love the designs. I would love to suggest Mietta as it is my daugthers name and means small sweet one. Perfect for such sweet designs. But with the dimond shapes maybe a name that means princess like Amira is better suited.
I’m thinking it looks like a Maya – a name that isn’t the same as others, but stands out from the crowd. (these are also the colours of her bedroom too LOL)

the headband is exactly me, my style the black with the colour, its what I do in my art too!
