Tidy Teddies

Mini teddy biscuits are extremely popular amongst the little people of society but with all that packaging and cost, you can easily make your own and it doesn’t take long at all. The biscuit mixture is very simple and versatile as you can use it for any biscuit shape or flavour – add sprinkles, add cocoa to make chocolate biscuits or ice and decorate them when they are cooked. I personally love adding hundreds and thousands to the mixture.

For this post I used a teddy cookie cutter (ordered online here) and they turned out really well but if you don’t have a mini teddy cutter, just get creative and search your drawers for something that will do the job. I have made this recipe many times but instead of using a teddy cutter, I used an apple corer and made hundreds and hundreds of little circle cookies. A link to that post is here. DISCLAIMER: making hundreds of little circle biscuits can be time consuming!

My children love this biscuits and I hope yours do too!

Enjoy,

Amanda

Great school holiday cooking activity with my boys…. They look great and taste amazing too. We used different shape cookie cutters. I think these would make great little Christmas gifts (stars, tree, etc).
