Today I dressed in a jersey jumpsut (am I too old for a jumpsuit?). I threw on my red coat, gold flats and handmade scarf and then, the mail came…
In the mail came my gorgeous Kellie Christie button brooch (Kelly now sells on ETSY at MadeByKellie1). It would have looked fine with the outfit I was wearing, but fine is never a good word is it? I brought in another colour into the outfit so to balance the mix, I replaced the red scarf with a blue one, thus bringing out the blue in the button.
Jumpsuit: Ezibuy (Emerge)
Red Jacket: Ezibuy (Grace Hill)
Gold Shoes: Hand-me-down
Button Brooch: Kellie Christie
Red Scarf: I knitted it myself (feeling so proud right now)
Blue Scarf: Would you believe it, an old ballet scarf from the dress-up box
Tip:If you bring another colour into an outfit, tie it in with a handbag or accessories
What I love most: My red jacket. It reminds me of my whirlwind weekend in New Zealand.

July 2, 2010 at 8:08 amKel… you are stunning. I received my Kellie Christie earrings a few days ago. I just love them. Every where I go (and by everywhere I mean the IGA and the Butcher Shop) have commented on them… even in my daggy tracksuit pants.
Oh by the way, I have an interesting story about Love the Moment… but I’ll email you about it one day.
Have a fantastic day.

July 2, 2010 at 12:59 pmLooking smokin’, Nell! I’ve looked at that jumpsuit in the catalogue SO many times and wondered who on earth could pull it off: the answer is right up there in your stunning pics! I’ve had red coat-envy since your NZ piccies last year…..to the point where I went slightly nuts and ordered a few from Ezibuy last week (at 65% off, of course!) Well, THE perfect red coat arrived in the mail for me yesterday – we can be twins and paint the town red *wink, wink* when we come for that visit 😉
I’ve been an Ezibuy customer for well over 10 years now, and couldn’t be happier. Even receiving the catalogues in the mail puts a smile on my face! It’s fun, easy, and if for any reason your purchase isn’t right, you just stick it back in the satchel it arrived in & return for a full refund. Prices are very reasonable, postage is low & flat-rate, product quality is usually good, and customer service is excellent – you can get real-time online assistance or give them a call. There’s also a great reviewing system, and I find other customers’ comments very useful when purchasing. Their sales/specials are great, and promotions are frequent. I definitely recommend signing up for their online updates and requesting catalogue delivery….you won’t regret it!

July 2, 2010 at 5:18 pmP.S. Awesome job on your personally hand-crafted scarf! I’m of the opinion that hand-knitted items are that much cosier – the love knitted into them is like wearing a warm, fuzzy hug 🙂

July 2, 2010 at 8:48 pm@Kel, I buy a lot from Ezibuy too because I don’t have to leave home! And I know that’s part of the reason you like it too! Nice to have you comment on the blog Kel x

July 4, 2010 at 1:14 pmI am a relatively recent convert to scarves for the winter months – but now I wonder how I lived without them! They not only look great and can pull a whole outfit together, but they also make me feel snug as a bug in a rug 🙂
