Grilled Tiger Prawns with Baby Zucchini, Blossoms, Spaghettini and Tomato Sugo Casa

The recipes on this blog are on the super easy end of the spectrum. Sometimes I want to try something, still simple, but just a little special.

Peter-Kuruvita-Flying-Fish-Restaurant-1024x345Back in May, I attended P & G Home event. While I was there, I was fed by Peter Kuruvita, Celebrity Chief and owner of the Flying Fish Restaurant which was a wonderful treat. Peter’s is sharing his Grilled Tiger Prawns with Baby Zucchini, Blossoms, Spaghettini and Tomato Sugo Casa recipe with us. I can tell you, it’s delicious!

Please, please please watch this video, then decide if you want to cook tigerprawns/any big prawns:

Basically, big prawns are the reason the mangrove forests of the world (a giant resource of food for millions of people, protection against tsunami, plus they function as big fish nurseries etc) are erased, bit by bit (half of them are gone already), and the reason of starvation among local people around the world. And they’re full of forbidden, nasty chemicals. Even the “ecological” ones. There are no big prawns that are “safe”
    Sadly so, since they’re yummy… 🙁
