Sometimes it can be fun to do things differently, like eating breakfast for dinner. Everyone in the family thinks it’s fabulous! Below is our standard, Breakfast for Dinner meal.
Ingredients
Baked Beans
Buttered mushroom
Wholemeal bread
Lean bacon
Egg
Hash brown with a slice of avocado
Grilled tomato topped with melted cheese
Birthday Treat
My daughter asked for breakfast for dinner, complete with a cup of Milo, for her birthday dinner last year. We all loved it so much that we do it every couple of months now.

September 10, 2012 at 9:41 pmWe LOVE breakfast for dinner! Except in our house, we call in Brenner (like on the TV show SCRUBS). Man I have a hankering for an egg on toast now…
