I had to read the email twice. First, I scanned through and then I was like, WHAT!? Shocked. The email said my blog was picked as one of the Kidspot Top 5 Personal & Parenting Blogs for 2013 together with Kate Says Stuff, Little Eco Footprints, Seven Cherubs & Carly Findlay (such lovley girls: they all are). I was surprised because I like to run my own race over here in blogland. Oh sure, I broadly keep up on what’s going in social media world, but mostly I’m just here on my blog, head down, writing my heart out. And so it’s such a lovely honour to be recognised in this way.
I wrote three posts for Kidspot about specific topics, and the links are below if anyone wants a read.
Back to it.
1. Memories – Making Memories
I began writing this post on an airplane headed to Africa. It’s about making memories with my kids. Read more here: Making Memories
2. Retreat – This Post is not About Growing Older
I’m thinking outloud in this post. It’s about wrinkles, but’s not. You’ll see what I mean: This Post is Not About Growing Older.
3. Happiness – Creating Happiness
There have been many times in my life as a parent, where things have been tough. This post is about Creating Happiness (when life isn’t all that wonderful).
