“It will probably never end…” This dad joked as he explained the detail his son wanted for his new bed.
- Logo and the blue stripe
- Fender and functional headlights
- Air cleaner
- Pinstriped the flames in silver
It reminded me of my own son, when I help him do craft projects; it’s all about making it realistic!
Artist David Schaeffer built this amazing Optimus Prime bed for his son’s fourth birthday.
He used fender forms in styrofoam and then fiberglass.
The bed wasn’t the only project for this bedroom. Being an artist, David also created a large Transforms mural on a wall.
How wonderful when parents use their talents to invest into the lives of their kids!
