Oreo Cheesecake Balls

Hi everyone, Amanda from ‘Simple home cook’ back to share another recipe with you. This is one of my favourite photos in my new cookbook and they taste just as good as they look.

Oreo cheesecake balls – only 4 ingredients and super quick to make. Great over the Christmas break and you can even pop them in the freezer and eat them at a frozen treat.

Jazz them up and give them a Christmas touch by drizzling with some white chocolate tinted with green and red food colouring.
I hope you enjoy them as much we do.
Amanda (Simple home cook)

Step 1
Line a large airtight container with baking paper. Best to do this now as your hands are going to get a little messy later on. Set aside.

Step 2
Process Oreos in a food process to a fine crumb consistency. Add cream cheese and process until combined.

Step 3
Roll into balls (approx. golf ball size) and lay in the prepared container. Refrigerate or freeze until balls harden.

Step 4
Break milk chocolate into pieces and place in microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second bursts, stirring each time until melted. Take care not to burn the chocolate.

Step 5
Coat the balls in chocolate and refrigerate until set.

Step 6
Melt white chocolate (using the same process as above) and drizzle over balls. Refrigerate again to set.
