Travel: Israel – Holiday Village Dor

I visited Israel earlier this year and you can read all the relevant posts here. One of the spots I visited was the Holiday Village Dor in Moshav. How cool is it? Essentially, the grounds are spotted with igloo-like cabins, metres from the water.

The holiday park grounds are clean and the gardens are beautiful. The accommodation is very basic (I would say about 3 stars) but the bed was comfortable. The cabin I stayed in had a small kitchenette (with microwave and fridge), a sofa, double bed, bathroom/toilet and a small table. Outside there are BBQ facilities. It would be a nice spot for families to visit in the holidays. Kids would enjoy the experience of staying in the dome cabins and as it is located right on the beach, there is plenty of fun things to enjoy. The holiday park is literally ON Dor Beach.
