Now my kids are all teens, I am doing so many more help yourself kind of dinners, especially on weekends. Rice and salad bowls and noodle bowls have been a hit. Recently, I made a kebab spread, which again, was a hit. Below is a list of the main ingredients I used:

I have also done a street kebab version with:
- Cooked meat
- Pita bread
- A variety of salads
The kids put it together how they like. Easy!
